What to expect

Part 1: Your Bridge to the Market – Infrastructure, Business & Regulation

Many organizations lack the infrastructure and expertise to explore advanced wireless technologies. The FNS National 6G Testbed bridges that gap, providing a safe environment to test ideas, mitigate risks, and uncover new market opportunities. We will take a high-level look at key facilities, including the Do IoT Fieldlab in Delft and the RDI 6G Fieldlab in Amersfoort, and what's already technically possible.

But technology is only part of the story. We will also explore two often-overlooked angles: business and regulation. You will gain insight into business models, scaling, collaboration, and available funding. Additionally RDI will explain how experimentation licenses and regulatory sandboxes let you innovate safely within current legal frameworks.

Part 2: Live Demo Teleoperation – Experience the Power of 6G

The second part of the afternoonbrings the technology to life with a tangible application: teleoperation. With 6G's ultra low latency and high reliability, operating robots remotely feels as if you are there in person, enabling remote maintenance of offshore wind turbines, risk assessment in hazardous chemical zones, and search-and-rescue in areas unsafe for human emergency responders.

TU Delft and RDI will demonstrate live how teleoperation works between the fieldlabs in Delft and Amersfoort. If you join in person, you will even get the chance to step behind the controls yourself.

Networking & Connection

We will conclude the afternoon with an informal networking reception, plenty of time to ask questions, exchange insights, and connect with the partners behind the FNS National 6G Testbed.
